James is an ITEC qualified massage therapist offering Therapeutic, Thai, Sports and Deep Tissue massage. He is also trained in Cupping Therapy. 

Treatments are individually tailored to release muscle tension, relieve injuries and promote deep relaxation leaving you feeling calm, refreshed and energised. He works with people of all ages and creates a warm and welcome atmosphere to help you get the most of your treatment.

In his spare time James enjoys swimming, tai chi, rock climbing, running, yoga and cycling.
