I've been practicing Craniosacral Therapy for over twelve years and am also an integrated TCM and Five Element Acupuncturist, with a degree in acupuncture from the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine and University College of Osteopathy.

I work with all ages, from babies and children to adults and the elderly.  I offer bespoke treatments to suit each person’s individual needs, re-setting the nervous system and harnessing the body’s ability to return to a state of optimal health and wholeness.  My specialisms include anxiety, stress, trauma, ASD, ADHD, migraines, neck pain, dental trauma, digestive issues, fascial restrictions, LongCovid, MCAS, chronic fatigue, autoimmune issues, hormonal imbalance, fertility, pregnancy, menopause, babies, colic, torticollis, sleep issues and birth trauma.   

I am a Trustee of the Craniosacral Therapy Association and teach Meditation and Mindfulness, Yoga Nidra and Developmental Baby Massage, and am an Usui Reiki Master.  I am a registered member of the CSTA and BAaC.
