To be eligible for low-cost treatments you must be: able to be to provide evidence that you: Live in Hackney or Tower Hamlets and fall under 1 or more of these categories:
- O.A.P
- Student
- Job seekers allowance
- Housing Benefit
- Carers scheme
- Incapacity benefit
- Disability allowance
- Incapacity Benefit
- Working Tax credit
- Working in team-based right livelihood (16 hrs +)
- Working tax credit
- Chronically ill (letter from GP required)
- and all dependents who are under 16 years of age of anyone in an above catagory
